Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro have been leaked alongside the renders of Huawei Mate 20 lineup of smartphones ahead of official launch on October 16 in London. The pictures are suggesting these wireless earphones are going to be offered with the Mate 20 Pro smartphone. These earphones look exactly like the Apple AirPods and are expected to be the same in their functionality too.

The renders reveal a Mate 20 Pro smartphone with a notch and curved screen. A case of Freebuds 2 Pro is placed on a Qi wireless charger hinting at support for wireless charging. The interesting fact is that another case of Freebuds 2 Pro is placed on top of the back of the Mate 20 Pro smartphone which explains that the phone will act as a wireless charging pad for these earphones. This looks like a new technology we haven’t seen or heard of anywhere. If what the leaks are suggesting turns out to be true. Then, it could lead to a lot of attraction towards Huawei as a major brand.
Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro Price:
The Huawei Freebuds 2 Pro will be available in two color options, black and white. Price is expected to be around EUR 150 (approximately INR 12,000) which is identical to the price of Apple AirPods. The black color is what I’m excited for because we haven’t seen any good truly wireless black colored earphones like these before.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is the latest flagship smartphone by Huawei featuring the new Kirin 980 chipset which was just announced. This new chipset is made on the 7nm process. It should count to be a huge upgrade over the Kirin 970 and it can even beat the Snapdragon 845. The Mate 20 Pro features a triple camera setup on the rear with options for leather casing also. Mate 20 lineup of smartphones will be unveiled on 16 October in London alongside the Freebuds 2 Pro.
